TRIANGULAR TEMPORARY CORNER BARRIER

Manufactured from recycled rubber the Temporary Triangular Corner Barriers consist of two frames, 760mm wide x 500mm high per side, formed under high pressure around an internal reinforcing structure. The panels are hinged along the top edge to fold flat for storage or open into an inverted V-shape when in use.

FEATURES

A heavy rigid construction with the outer surfaces treated with high visibility yellow paint applied as a chevron pattern on a black background. The framework formulations allow visibility through the structure. Can be customised or branded.

BENEFITS

Temporary Road Barriers provide a product with a reduced carbon footprint combining
high visibility for the safety of both the motorist and the road maintenance staff. They can be flat-packed for economy of storage and up to 35 metres may be transported on a single one tonne bakkie. The framework configuration reduces wind resistance ensuring stability under their own weight requiring no additional ballast. They are maintenance-free and easy to repair should they become damaged. The barriers can be repainted as required. In addition, they can be chained together to form a temporary traffic containment system or may be semi-permanently fixed using an epoxy adhesive.

Manufactured from recycled rubber the Triangular Warning Sign Base consist of two frames, 590mm wide x 470mm high or 1000mm wide x 690mm high, formed under high pressure around an internal reinforcing structure. The panels are hinged along the top edge to fold flat for storage or open into an inverted V-shape when in use.

BENEFITS

This 11kg base folds flat and is particularly useful where regulations state that a 11kg base weight is needed for temporary road signage. The vinyl sleeve is an extra which can be customised to any requirements, including double-sided. The back leg of the weight folds away on impact which allows an increased safety advantage.

CONE BARRIER

Made from recycled rubber these delineators are conical in shape.  Manufactured from pressure moulded panels.

FEATURES

A heavy rigid construction with the outer surface coated in high visibility yellow paint.

This product is a hollow cone barrier weighing 27kgs. Especially effective with a light on top and the battery stored in the cone. A good heavy high-speed traffic deterrent.

 

BASE WEIGHTS FOR DELINEATORS

This product is manufactured from recycled rubber.  The rubber and a binding agent are mixed with the required amount of ballast to produce the correct weight.

FEATURES

The base comes in 7kg, 9kg and 11kg weights and is produced with a rope carrying handle.

The base conforms to safety standards and requires no additional bags of sand to maintain it upright.

HIGH VISIBILITY KERB / RAMP

 This product is manufactured from recycled rubber and is designed to protect existing kerbing on construction sites.  Units can be combined to produce an effective reduction ramp.

FEATURES

The size of a single unit as a kerb protector is 1800mm x 650mm x 80mm and as a double unit as a speed reducer ramp 3600mm x 1300mm x 80mm.  The units are provided with holes to allow them to be secured to the substrate should this be required.  The upper surface is painted in high visibility black and yellow diagonal stripes.

RUBBER WHEEL BARRIERS

A triangular barrier measuring 1800mm x 96mm x 192mm high and painted in high visibility black and yellow stripes.

SCAFFOLD SOLEPLATE

Manufactured from recycled rubber and a binding agent, the product is produced in moulds under high pressure to produce a dense, durable scaffold soleplate designed to fit a standard scaffold base plate.

FEATURES

A square product 300mm x 300mm with a raised rim, it is dense, durable and non-slip.

BENEFITS

The product is designed as a non-slip pad for the safe erection of scaffolding and a solid base, it is particularly useful in preventing damage to a finished floor surface.
